With over 45 years of experience, Michael’s career spans from the mechanic’s pit to the boardroom. He began as maintenance staff in 1974 and rose through the ranks to serve as the Vice President of Service and Construction for Brunswick Bowling & Billiards, one of the industry's largest corporations.
Operational Authority
Operational authority for ~100 facilities across North America and Europe. Responsible for the design, development, and construction of new centers and managed a $13M annual capital plan.

Authored the "Top 5 Safety Program" and the "Approach Maintenance Procedure," defining the industry standard of care for lane maintenance and customer safety.
